The Story

The Story.

A story of abandonment, survival, identity, violence, leadership, brokenness, restoration and surrender to God.

The Story.

Chapter 01

Ealing. Cancer. Survival.

Growing up in Ealing within a large family, life changed dramatically when Jason's mother became seriously ill with cancer.

At a young age he experienced instability, violence and emotional survival long before adulthood arrived.

After losing his mother as a teenager, survival became instinct. There were periods of stealing simply to eat and clothe himself.

Chapter 02

BMX, Anger & The First Encounter With God.

BMX became one of the few positive escapes in his life, surrounding him with people who introduced discipline, mentorship and direction. But anger, fighting and survival mentality followed him into adulthood.

Before America, Jason encountered Christianity through a relationship and experienced a genuine encounter with God. He became deeply involved in church life, prayer and ministry, often powerfully used as a vessel by the Lord.

But despite experiencing God deeply, unresolved pain and worldly distractions still remained beneath the surface.

Chapter 03

America. The FBI. Prison.

America opened a completely different chapter. Travelling across states, meeting wealthy people, running with dangerous individuals and eventually becoming involved in serious criminal activity, Jason's life spiralled deeper into darkness.

That journey ended with arrest by the FBI, prison sentences in America, violence, gang environments and years surrounded by fear, pressure and survival.

Yet even there, God never left him.

Chapter 04

Boardrooms. Buyouts. Emptiness.

After returning to England, life became consumed by business, leadership and commercial growth.

Jason spent over 30 years operating within high-pressure corporate and entrepreneurial environments, building a reputation for helping businesses grow, restructure, scale and overcome operational and leadership challenges. Working at board level across recruitment, consultancy and commercial sectors, he became known for seeing what others missed — fixing inefficiencies, improving performance and helping organisations move forward strategically.

His career eventually led him into a global Microsoft organisation involved in a £200 million buyout, operating within high-level leadership and commercial environments where pressure, performance and results became daily life.

But the journey did not stop there.

Jason went on to build and lead his own consultancy business for over 13 years, advising companies, leaders and entrepreneurs on growth, leadership, recruitment, operations, business strategy and commercial performance. His experience expanded across multiple industries, helping businesses strengthen structure, improve profitability and navigate both growth and adversity.

Today, alongside consultancy and mentoring, Jason is also Group CEO of a rapidly growing travel and hospitality brand operating within one of the world's largest travel franchise networks, supporting a community of over 30,000 independent travel professionals across the UK and Ireland.

The success came.

The deals came.

The boardrooms came.

The cars, travel, business growth and external achievements all arrived.

Alongside business came marriage, fatherhood, responsibility, leadership pressure and eventually the pain of divorce, emotional burnout and internal emptiness.

Because behind the titles, achievements and commercial success, Jason slowly realised something many people in leadership never admit openly: external success can never replace internal peace.

What followed became the beginning of a very different journey — one rooted not just in business success, but in faith, purpose, healing, identity and helping others rebuild their lives from the inside out.

Chapter 05

Rebuilt. For His Glory.

Today, Jason openly shares the reality that success without God still leaves people empty.

After decades operating at board level, building businesses, leading teams and achieving external success, he discovered that titles, money and status alone could never fulfil the deeper purpose people are truly searching for.

Now through speaking, mentoring, leadership events, Kingdom business and transformational conversations, Jason helps people rebuild their lives, leadership, identity, confidence, purpose and faith through hard-earned wisdom and real-life transformation.

His mentoring supports individuals at every stage of life and business — from entrepreneurs, business owners and senior leaders to people simply trying to rebuild after adversity, loss, burnout or feeling stuck.

Jason also helps people launch and grow businesses of their own, particularly within the travel, hospitality and entrepreneurial space, supporting them with strategy, leadership, mindset, networking, branding, confidence and long-term vision.

Whether helping someone start from zero, reposition their business, grow their leadership or rediscover purpose, the mission remains the same: helping people move forward with clarity, belief and direction.

This is not coaching built on motivational theory alone.

It is mentorship shaped through pressure, failure, leadership, heartbreak, restoration and faith.

A life rebuilt by God.

And now dedicated to helping others rebuild theirs too.

"God can rebuild what the world could never fulfil."
